Shipping Information

Shipping for orders within the United States is a $9.00 flat rate. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with shipping confirmation. Please email bfreebyvicenta@gmail.com for Express Shipping and orders shipped outside of the United States. B Free Jewelry is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office. 

 

Easy Returns & Exchange

Waist beads, custom and personalized items are FINAL SALE. All items purchased on BFREEJEWELRY.com with the exception of our waist beads may be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 7 days from the date the order was delivered. Returns are only accepted on unworn and untampered items returned in its original packaging. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received. 

 

Please email bfreebyvicenta@gmail.com to request to return an item. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for undeliverable packages.

Adjustment Policy

B Free Jewelry will make adjustments to your jewelry within 5 days of purchase at no additional cost to the customer (waist beads not included). However, any adjustments thereafter will incur an adjustment fee starting at $8. Adjustments to waist beads will incur an adjustment fee of $9.

We stand by our products and understand that accidents happen. We will repair your jewelry at no cost for the first occurrence (with all original pieces) within 30 days of original purchase (waist beads not included). Additional repairs and repairs after 45 days will be at the expense of the customer for a fee starting at $8 per piece repaired or replaced (all pieces must be included). Charms are an additional fee and the fee varies depending on the charm.

Jewelry Care

How to care for your beaded jewelry: 

• Store beaded jewelry in a safe, cool and dry place to prevent tarnishing. 

• Store pieces separately to avoid scratching. 

• Protect from harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. 

• Do not wear beaded jewelry while showering or swimming. 

• Do not expose beaded jewelry to salt water, chlorine, or detergents as these can erode the finish and polish of gemstone beads. 

• Do not sleep with your jewelry. 

• Put jewelry on AFTER you have dressed and applied any cosmetics, lotion, perfumes and other chemicals. 

• Do not wear your jewelry 

 

A well-made, high quality beaded jewelry item will certainly come with some degree of durability. However, it’s important not to assume that it’s indestructible. Be careful of where and how you wear your beads. The life of your beaded jewelry depends on how well you take care of it.
